♡ Each khimar is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is free from defects. Due to the delicate handmade nature of the Rosette Collection, all sales are final. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges, as every piece is thoroughly checked for quality prior to dispatch.

After your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, please reach out to the carrier listed on your tracking email. While we cannot be held liable for issues during transit, we’ll gladly guide you on how to resolve the matter.

♡ Iron or steam on low heat using a protective cloth or steam from a distance to avoid flattening the ruffles or damaging the bows.
♡ Store hanging or folded softly to prevent creasing and protect the embroidery.
