A sweet story from the owner:

Growing up, I always had a distinct sense of style when it came to modesty. I loved soft, feminine, and cute clothing — but finding pieces that were both modest and aesthetic was nearly impossible. Around my junior year of high school, I began wearing the abaya and niqab full-time. That’s when I realized how limited the options were for girls who wanted to dress beautifully while staying true to Islamic modesty.

So, I decided to create my own brand — one that reflects my personal style and values.

At Hijabette, we offer an aesthetic you won’t find anywhere else — delicate, graceful, and thoughtfully modest.

♡ Each piece is designed with every girl in mind, especially my petite and tall sisters who often struggle with fit. As a petite girl myself (4'10), I know how discouraging it feels when a beautiful abaya or dress isn’t made in your size. Hijabette is here to change that — I got you, petite girlies, we’re in this together. As of now, I'm only selling khimars but in'sha'Allah, I will be incorporating abayas soon once I get the inventory and funds for them. Sizes will range from petite to tall, perfect for everyone!

♡ Affordability has always been at the heart of Hijabette. As a college student living in the U.S., I know how difficult it can be to find modest clothing that doesn’t cost a fortune. I’ve done everything possible to keep prices low while maintaining quality — from finding manufacturers and paying for samples, to designing, shipping, and building the website entirely on my own. A promise at Hijabette: most of what I earn will go straight back into creating new, improved collections for you.

This journey has taken thousands of dollars, countless hours, and endless love — but every step was worth it.
